Who is responsible. Kaizen Infinities Private Limited, Iyer Bungalow, Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India, decides how personal data sent through this website is used (the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the controller under the EU and UK GDPR). Write to info@kaizeninfinities.com about anything in this notice.
What this site collects. The contact form asks for a name, an email address and a description of what you need, with an optional organisation and phone number. Downloading a programme sheet or document asks for a name, email address and phone number, with an optional organisation. With your permission, Google Analytics records which pages are visited, the approximate region, the device and browser type, and the actions described in the cookie notice. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes IP addresses and request details to deliver pages and block abuse.
Why, and on what basis. Form details are used only to answer your enquiry or document request, on the basis of your request and consent. Analytics runs only if you choose "Accept analytics" and is used to understand which pages help visitors. Security logs are kept because protecting the site and its visitors is a legitimate need. Your details are never sold or used for third-party marketing.
Who processes it. Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend and read by the team for the route you chose, at cta@kaizeninfinities.com or apply@kaizeninfinities.com. Hosting, security and request logs are handled by Cloudflare. Analytics, when allowed, is handled by Google. These providers may process data outside India, including in the United States and the European Union, under their own data protection terms and, for transfers from the EU or UK, standard contractual clauses.
How long it is kept. Enquiries and document requests are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, then deleted, unless a contract or law requires longer. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. The download cookie expires after thirty days.
Cookies and preferences. The cookie notice lists every cookie and stored setting, and "Cookie settings" at the foot of each page lets you change your choice at any time. The theme setting is stored in your browser only.
Children. Education programmes are open to students under 18. Where a student is under 18, a parent or legal guardian should send the enquiry or give their consent to it. Data about children is never used for tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising.
Your rights. You can ask to see the personal data held about you, have it corrected or completed, have it erased, withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect what was done before), and nominate someone to act for you. Visitors covered by the GDPR can also object to processing, ask for it to be restricted, receive their data in a portable form, and complain to their data protection authority. Requests are answered within 30 days.
Grievances. Complaints about how your data is handled go to the Grievance Officer: Mr. Rishikesh, Director, Kaizen Infinities Private Limited, at chairman@kaizeninfinities.com or +91 73977 72776, with "Data protection grievance" in the subject. If the reply does not resolve it, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security. The site is served only over HTTPS with strict security headers. Forms are checked for abuse and rate limited, download access is signed and expires, and mailboxes are limited to the people who answer them.
Changes. When this notice changes, the date below changes with it.
