For government departments, CSR sponsors, institutions and employers. This division exists for skilling at scale: programmes commissioned by a scheme or a sponsor, delivered to cohorts, assessed, certified and reported on.
It is not a course catalogue. Individuals looking for a programme to join should start with Education, For Students; whether a funded cohort can be joined directly depends on the programme and the sponsor.
Frameworks we deliver into
Kaizen Infinities delivers into Naan Mudhalvan, Vetri Nichayam and other Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation programmes, NSDC-linked schemes, CSR-funded programmes and institution-funded programmes. Each framework has its own documentation standard, assessment model and reporting expectation.
Naan Mudhalvan
Tamil Nadu’s flagship skilling initiative, delivered as credit-based courses inside colleges. Partners submit course structures with defined learning outcomes, test projects, industry use cases, learning material, assessment plans and evaluation rubrics, and provide faculty training alongside student delivery.
State — Tamil Nadu
Vetri Nichayam
A finishing-school model aimed at unemployed youth, with direct employment linkage. Open to a wide candidate base including graduates, diploma and ITI holders, which places the emphasis on mobilisation, employability and placement partners.
State — Tamil Nadu
Other TNSDC programmes
State skill development programmes with sector-specific curricula and prescribed assessment.
State — TNSDC
NSDC-linked schemes
National skilling frameworks with sector skill council alignment, qualification packs and third-party assessment.
National — NSDC
CSR-funded programmes
Skill development is a Schedule VII CSR activity, so corporate sponsors fund cohorts directly and need beneficiary-level reporting against their own impact commitments.
Corporate CSR
Institution-funded
Colleges and universities commissioning skilling for their own students or staff, funded from institutional budgets and scheduled around the academic calendar.
Institutional
What programme delivery requires
Delivering a funded skilling programme takes six capabilities: curriculum and documentation, trainers, mobilisation and scheduling, assessment and certification, monitoring and reporting, and employability linkage. Together they decide whether a programme survives contact with a real cohort. This is what a scheme owner or sponsor is assessing.
01
Curriculum & documentation
Course structure, learning outcomes, test projects, industry use cases, learning material and evaluation rubrics in the format the authority prescribes.
02
Trainer capability
Practitioners from the engineering bench, including a senior security consultant and a decade-long technical trainer.
03
Mobilisation & scheduling
Cohort formation with the institution or sponsor, and delivery scheduled around academic calendars, including evening and weekend sessions.
04
Assessment & certification
Competency assessment, examination preparation and certification pathways.
05
Monitoring & reporting
Attendance, progression and outcome reporting — built by the same team that builds dashboards and analytics for clients, which is an advantage most training partners do not have.
06
Employability linkage
Workplace readiness, industry exposure and placement linkage.
Why a software company for skilling
Because the training content comes from live engineering work rather than a syllabus, and because the monitoring, assessment and reporting systems a funded programme depends on are the kind of software we build for clients. Content and instrumentation come from the same organisation.
Who this division works with
The Skill Development division works with government departments, CSR sponsors, institutions, employers and learners, and each of them assesses a programme differently.
Government
Departments and state skill agencies appointing training, technology or implementation partners. What they assess: eligibility, curriculum documentation, trainer credentials, delivery capacity and reporting discipline.
CSR sponsors
Corporates funding cohorts under Schedule VII. What they assess: implementation capacity, beneficiary reporting, geography and alignment with their own impact commitments.
Institutions
Colleges commissioning skilling for their students or staff. Institutional partnership in the round is covered under Education, For Educators.
Employers
Organisations with a hiring requirement at the end of a cohort, or a workforce that needs re-skilling.
Learners
Beneficiaries of a funded cohort. Direct entry depends on the programme and the sponsor — some allow it, some are routed entirely through the scheme or institution.
